If you successfully referred 3 friends since we launched our new employee referral scheme Care Friends, you would have 300 points (£300) once they start with us, and 900 points (£900) once they pass their 6 month probation! For 3 successful referrals, we think that is a nice amount of extra cash!

“I don’t have any friends”
That’s ok! Is there anyone in your wider network that could be a great addition to our team? It can happen anywhere: at the school gates, doctor’s surgery, or in a café. Be on the lookout, you know what caring looks, feels and sounds like and we need more people just like you.
Top tip: Are you a part of any local WhatsApp or Facebook groups? Sports teams? Parent groups? You never know who might be thinking about a job change but keeping it to themselves.
“I don’t have enough space on my phone”
Have you got any apps that you never use? Why not replace them with an app that can earn you extra money and help introduce a caring person to our team?
“I don’t use social media”
That’s ok! You can share a job quickly and easily via text, email or Whatsapp too. It doesn’t matter how you tell your network; you will still get rewarded for bringing great candidates to our door.
“I don’t know anyone who wants to work in care”
That’s ok too! You know that working in care is incredibly rewarding. Someone you know may not have considered it before but might have the right values and outlook so it is 100% worth sharing a job with them. And you never know, they may have a contact who does want to work in care.
“I’m worried I’ll lose shifts if I refer a friend”
By helping to grow our team, we can grow our client base and support more people in our local community.
“I’m worried the app will use lots of my data allowance”
It’s OK, you can turn off background data usage so the app will only use data when you open it. This means if you only use it when connected to WiFi it will not affect your data.
“I’m worried about having a work app on my personal phone”
It’s OK, Care Friends is only used to manage your employee referrals and any bonus points that are awarded to you for good work. The app won’t track any phone usage outside of CareFriends.
“I’m worried extra cash in my pay will affect my Social Welfare Benefits”
It’s OK, with Care Friends you can choose how many points you would like to cash in so that you don’t go over the earnings limit in a pay period. You are in control and can choose via your app how much you want to cash in and have added to your next payslip.
