About Homecarers Care Services
High-Quality Care and Support
Our main purpose is to provide domiciliary care to adults over the age of 18 years of age. We supply high-quality multi-skilled staff to support clients with a wide range of needs in their own homes.
This can range from minimal support with cooking and cleaning to more intensive care, including rehabilitation and home from hospital care for people with long term medical conditions including Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and stroke and palliative end of life care.
With all of our service users, we endeavour to keep them safe, independent and able to remain at home for as long as they choose to do so. We constantly monitor the changing healthcare environment which enables us to develop and adapt to the preferred lifestyle choices of both the service users we care for and our care workforce.
Our People
We have a dedicated review team who support our care workers in the community to deliver and maintain high-quality care and support at all times with regular supervision and on the job training. Our review officers in the community liaise with care managers, community nurses and other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that we provide a person-centred approach to service delivery.
