HCL are very happy to announce our November Carer of the Month… Caitlin Moyes!

Caitlin has received some great feedback recently. Her Co-Ordinator Laura had some lovely things to say:

Caitlin always goes above and beyond for her clients and for the company, she is so helpful and we’re always receiving compliments from clients. She really is a wonderful carer.

But what really impressed us was a compliment made by a paramedic after an encounter with a service user in which Caitlin was extremely helpful:

I’d just like to share my thanks to one of your staff members Caitlyn for her exceptional caring, compassionate and personable manner. Caitlyn was very thorough in her patient/service user assessment and gave us a very informed handover regarding Miss C.  She knew Miss C very well and helped us gain an accurate understanding to her normal routine and capabilities. It is very refreshing to see such a professional, yet warm approach to care. She is a credit to the company.

Various member of staff nominated Natalie McNally and Melanie Brady – the double-up dream team!

Natalie and Melanie work great as a team, working double runs together across Knowsley and Sefton. They’re always ready to help cover sickness across the board. And finally, they volunteered to train in STARs (Supportive and End of Life Care Services), ensuring each patient gets the care they need in their final weeks of their life.
