How does it work?

If you want to refer someone for a career at Homecarers, copy the content at the bottom of this page and send it to your friend so that they can submit their details If they’re appointed, you are eligible for the reward. It’s really that simple!

A few things to remember

The reward is paid for permanent staff; temporary hires are not eligible

Anyone involved in selecting (interviewing) the new colleague is not eligible to make a claim.

You will receive £300 when your friend passes their 6-month probationary period.

Your friend will also receive £100 when they pass their 6-month probationary period.
