Most recently, we received a heartfelt client review from one of our service users, who mention a number of our carers and office staff, singing their praise. This review highlights the incredible services that we provide day in, day out to our clients.

“Hi
I am writing to express my thanks to all your excellent staff who have taken care of my ex-wife over the years from the first single calls when you were Starcare with the old timers Nat and Emily, when Ruby used to come out of her bedroom and say “who are you?” through to your most recent staff Bex, Annabel, Lacy, Liv and Chloe, who Sharon loved to see bringing their stories of their outside life which was difficult for Sharon to enjoy herself giving her declining health.
Then there are the stars of your company, some old friends some more recent; Chloe, Rachael (aka Nicola), Sandra, Debbie, Rebecca, Tyler, Emma, Liv and of course the Seargeant Major (if she doesn’t know who she is, I’m sure the others can explain).
I myself think I have made a couple of friends in your staff, that I did my utter best to wind up whenever they appeared, some uttering the words “don’t start this morning” coming through the door, and one threatening to smash my glasses.
I can say that Sharon’s absolute favourites were Nat & Sandra, who were the only two she preferred to shower and David who shared a liking for a certain TV programme, and she loved to embarrass at any given opportunity.
I know there are staff members I have failed to mention and I will blame that on my age.
I would also mention my thanks to your office staff who have put up with my moaning in recent times.”
