We’re very happy to announce our July Employee of the Month, Lindsay Watterson!

Lindsay has proven very popular here at HCL, she has been nominated not once… not twice… but three times this month!

Lindsay was praised by our Deputy Managers Jo and Kay for  being simply amazing. She is always available to help out in Sefton and Knowsley when needed, Lindsay even offers to work her days off when other colleagues are absent unexpectedly, and she puts in a lot of early morning hours without complaint.

Chloe, our Recruitment Officer, also had some wonderful things to say:

‘Lindsay helps out a lot, and has really taken off with her career with HCL. She has never worked in care before, but has been a natural with the clients and other staff.

I spoke to a client on the phone the other day who said Lindsay was there and that she was excellent’.

We would also like to recognise our runners up…

Our Director Jack nominated Jennie Veitch, who has been extremely helpful in picking up extra shifts in recent weeks in Sefton.

Furthermore, one of our Co-ordinators Jean nominated Paula Dewar for always providing excellent care to every client, for always being willing to assist with extra calls, and for always being willing to take new care staff out shadowing.
