From Neston to Winsford, Your choice for a better quality of care across Cheshire

In the cathedral city of Chester, our services reach communities surrounded by iconic landmarks including the Eastgate Clock and the Roman City Walls, some of the most complete ancient defences in Britain. Further east, we support individuals in Winsford, a town known for natural beauty spots such as Winsford Flash, a large lake and wildlife haven, and its historic St Chad’s Church, which dates back to the 14th century. Across every area we serve, our priority remains the same: delivering compassionate, reliable, and empowering home care that helps people live safely and independently within the heart of their communities.

Why Choose Homecarers Cheshire?

Fully regulated, high quality care

Homecarers Cheshire are fully regulated by the Care Inspectorate, ensuring that every aspect of our service meets strict quality and safety standards. From medication management to personal care, our systems are built to deliver safe, effective, and accountable care every day.

Continuity of Care and Familiar Faces

We believe in consistency and familiarity, not a revolving door of carers. With HCC, our clients benefit from seeing the same friendly faces as often as possible. This builds trust and makes everyday support more comfortable and reassuring.

Personalised Support Tailored to You

We never offer a one-size-fits-all approach. Every care package is tailored to the individual’s needs, preferences, routines, and family input. Whether you need private home care in Neston, Respite care in Winsford, or short-term support after hospital discharge in Chester, our care plans are flexible and responsive.

Compassionate, Highly Trained Carers

Our carers are the heart of everything we do. Each one is carefully selected, trained to a high standard, and supported by an experienced management team. Many live locally across Cheshire– whether in Ellesmere port, Tarporley or Tarvin – which allows them to offer consistent, punctual, and personalised care.

Transparent Pricing and Flexible Packages

There are no hidden costs or confusing contracts. We offer transparent pricing and flexible options, whether you want a few hours a week or full-time live-in care. Our private home care packages are ideal for families who want premium care tailored to their unique needs.

Local Expertise and Community Focus

Our teams are based in the communities we serve – we know the people, the streets, the GP practices, and the local services. Whether you’re near central Chester, in rural Winsford, looking for an extra care scheme, or just steps from Tarvin Road, you’ll benefit from a team that understands the local area and can respond quickly to your needs. This deep local knowledge helps us provide timely, personalised support that reflects the unique character of Cheshire

FAQs

We cover a range of areas across Cheshire:

  • Neston
  • Ellesmere port
  • Chester
  • Winsford
  • Tarvin
  • Tarporley

We strive to offer as much consistency as possible in the carers delivering your support. For smaller care packages with fewer visits, achieving consistency is easier. If you require more frequent visits, such as 4 visits a day, 7 days a week, we will assign a small, dedicated network of carers to your care package to ensure you receive familiar and reliable support.

Costs depend on the level and frequency of care required. Some individuals may be eligible for local authority funding or direct payments. We’re happy to guide you through the funding process and provide a clear, no-obligation cost breakdown during your initial assessment
