HCL are very happy to announce our September Carer of the Month… Paula Dewar!
Paula was nominated FIVE times this month by numerous staff members, you’re clearly doing something right Paula
Alongside our Care Manager Ann-Marie who complimented Paula for her excellent reporting skills, our deputy manager Kay and our three Care Co-ordinators Les, Jean and Debbie could not praise her enough:
Paula is an amazing carer who has a lovely way with her service users. She is so lovely and always willing to help, especially with taking new starts out on shadowing. She is a credit to HCL!

Our Deputy Manager of Knowsley, Jo, nominated Nakita Howell after some brilliant feedback she received from a clients son:
My mum is non-verbal, but Nakita is very patient with her and my mum finds her very calming. She always goes above & beyond and I would love Nakita to be our regular carer.
And last but certainly not least, our Recruitment Officer Chloe and Care Co-ordinator Rebecca both nominated STARs newbie Layla Askew:
After speaking with some of the carers that Layla has worked with on the Stars run, they have all said she has done amazing. They have commented on how gentle and passionate she is, and really takes care of and respects the clients.
