Double Points System in January

Here is how the point system will work during January:

1 point = £1

Stage 1: 2 points for each referral (usually 1 point).

Stage 2: 4 points for each verified candidate (usually 2 points).

Stage 3: 24 points when your referral has a successful interview (usually 12 points).

Stage 4: 170 points when your referral starts work (usually 85 points).

Stage 5: 400 points when your referral successfully completes their probation (usually 200 points).
