This year, Homecarers Care Services are delighted to work in partnership with the Royal Voluntary Service. They work across communities to help elderly and vulnerable people. Due to this, their services such as the Virtual Village Hall provide great support to our Service Users.
About the Virtual Village Hall
The Virtual Village Hall is a free programme of themed online sessions led by expert tutors, Royal Voluntary Service activity coordinators & volunteers. The activities are designed for people to do at home so they can enjoy the things they love & maybe even learn some new skills! This is a brilliant chance for us to promote sessions and activities to Service Users to brighten their days.
To launch this project we are hosting an information session to learn how the Royal Voluntary Service’s Virtual Village Hall can positively change our Service Users’ days!
Whether your Service Users are interested in fitness, arts and crafts, cooking, mindfulness, music, or technology, there’s something for everyone. In the session, the Royal Voluntary Service team will walk you through how to access sessions for Service Users, what to expect, and how you can make the most of this vibrant online community.
Additionally, you’ll:
✅ Get a guided tour of the Virtual Village Hall platform.
✅ Learn how to join live and on-demand sessions.
✅ Have a chance to ask questions and share ideas.
